I had been working on the suspension and rebuilding these wheels in no particular order. It seemed like this part of the project would never end but all of a sudden, it was done!
Wheels are Forgeline GT3 in 18×8.5 and 18×9.5 with Nitto NT05s in 245 40 18 front and 285 35 18 rear. There is still no engine in the car, so the ride height isn’t 100%.
Ohhhh….. sooooo jealous!!

I kinda got out of order posting info vs. the work being done. I have a few more “out of order” updates to do and then I’ll be back on track.
Is the torque arm a must, before you do the panhard bar? Did you go with the standard or heavy duty version? Also, do you have to have the MM style of boxed sub frames to weld those tabs too? Or did they weld to the stock sub frame?
The other way around. The panhard bar is a must before you do the torque arm. Since the torque arm eliminates your upper control arms, you need to have the panhard in place first. I’m going to post pictures from the install today
What back spacing and offset did you use for both front and rear wheels? Im installing the same suspension and would like to use 18×9 and 18×10 wheels. I know they can fit, im just concerned about the back spacing and offset on the wheels im looking at!
I “think” it was 5.5 front and 6.5 rear. It’s in the article somewhere.
